Ciemme has different models to offer i.e K & EV series ranging with tank capacity from 10 litres to 400 litres. They offer both batch and continuous distillation units. They have in-depth expertise in this field apart from printing industry they also offer distillation units to the paint /ink/ metal/can printing industry. All units offered by them are explosion proof and ATEX certified by TUV. Installation and service is done by a fully trained local engineer

Manufactured according to directives 98/37/CE - 73/23/EEC 89/336/EEC
– 94/9/CE (Atex2G). Distillation tank with double interspace, manufactured
with AISI 304 stainless steel. Indirect heating, by diathermic oil, with
oil recirculation pump. Distillation system by double set-point to allow
separated distillation of solvents with different boiling points (high
boiling point / low boiling point). Antifoam group with control
observatory. Temperatures control by thermoregulators with visualized
microprocessors. Distillation cycles setting by electronic timers. Available with tank capacity from 10 to 225 litres

thermic heat exchanger. Indirect heating, by diathermic oil, with oil recirculation
pump. Automatic circuit for diathermic oil and residuals cooling. Antifoam group
with control observatory. Residuals drying and extractions by doctor blade operated
by oil-pressure motor. Lid closing and opening by oil-pressure cylinder with safety
locking device. Temperatures control by thermoregulators with visualized
microprocessors. Distillation cycles setting by electronic timers. Available with tank capacity from 70 to 425 litres
